Ground floor may be suitable for less mobile or disabled guests, although some paths and terraces are not completely flat there is very little variance in heights.

The ground floor has master and twin bedrooms with own shower rooms (the Twin Bedrom ensuite is more limited for space). Please note that the games room would not be accessible to disabled guests as it is located in the basement.

The property benefits from a private outdoor swimming pool with sloped floor to a maximum depth of 1.8 metres. Pool size 9.5 metres by 4.5 metres (size approximate) with sun loungers for your enjoyment.

There are extensive outside dining facilities with alarge table and 10 chairs under covered area, with further seating on the upper terrraces accessed from master and double bedrooms for enjoyment of views to fairways. Also available is a large american gas barbeque for alfresco dining. Front and Rear gardens laid to lawn with flower borders.
